School Meals

The majority of our children have a school dinner. These are cooked on site and meet the very important quality and nutritional requirements set out by the government and, more importantly, our children and parents!

Dinner money is payable in advance online via the Scopay app. If you feel your child may be eligible for free school dinners, please apply online here:
Children may bring a packed lunch, but it is important that these are of the same nutritional quality as the school dinners and certain things such as chocolate, sweets or fizzy drinks are not permitted. The school has a 3-week rotating menu, designed jointly by the School Council and the school’s catering consultant, and it changes every term. A copy of the current menu is available from the school office and can be accessed online.

Do you like the sound of lamb jalfrezi, veggie samosas and frozen yoghurts?

Benthal Primary School is pleased to be launching a new and exciting lunch menu this term!

Leave your feedback on the new menu at the end of each week!
